| Fact is that 6 of the 9 million euros has been put up by the HEA, but that still leaves a shortfall of 3 million. Debate is going on at the moment as to what journals etc will be dropped. It should also be noted that some of the publishers have put up their rates by up to 19 % this year. So much for the private sector dropping its prices in the new ecomomic environment. |
