| Regulator has admitted that they did not do a good job, but have been doing their job since the government Guarantee. Sounds like Neary really earned his fat pension. They are pointing fingers at the Boards. I think both the Boards and the Regulator need to do more. “Boards of financial institutions must now completely overhaul their approach and probe, question and challenge management.
