So you reckon the standard of British journalism is higher, do you, Merle?

And let's face it, a lot of folks around here think you're the oddest of oddballs!

Jaysus - I know there's not many of us daft enough to spend time on p.ie but don't get too excited! I'm sure there's a woman out there for you in the real world somewhere, Liathroidi.

so either his claims are a joke or they are unmanipulated facts from a credible journalist . You cant seem to make your mind up which is the case

which is also balls . Most of these gangs are based around families .There have always been criminals and gangsters in Ireland , right back to animal gangs of the early 20th century , money lenders with their heavies and all sorts . The fact is such people were often shunned by their communities . Republicans expelled them from their communities .
Political greivances in this country were caused by political conditions in this country . To try and remotely equate todays gangsters with the legacy of 1916 is just pathetic .

his own profession is largely a collection of oddballs and scumbags . The Irish journalist scene is absolutely disgraceful .Cop yourself on . Do we need to list them ?

Drowned Saving A Scumbag
is gutter journalism by its very definition . Anyone who views than as an example of Paul Williams gutter style is a dangerous criminal according to you ?

DROWNED SAVING A SCUMBAG , could you very briefly remind me of the basic facts of this story , who drowned and who is the alleged SCUMBAG

If thats good enough for you there is something not right with the way you operate. Being hated by criminals does not mean he is doing his job he is just spreading lies about them and their families, not exactly bringing 'justice' in any sense of the word. Interview today with him and Eoin Ryan talk about a load of B.S.

Phinaeus you must be related to the man.

that's like saying judge seán ryan should be ignored because he 'profited' from child abuse.

And where did you get the idea that 'very few' profit from crimes?

Drug barons? Thieves? Fraudsters?
