| Civil Servants should not be using Internet during the day, as I the taxpayer am contributing to this waste of my money. Look at the man hrs used up on this, that is a cost saving to start with. Use your own time to comment |

| Yup I agree however a lot on here during the day, thats where I would cut costs, then do a time and motion study of the depts |

| Jesus christ do you ever stop with the CS bashing? You are like a broken record at this stage. By the way CS can take their lunch break up to 2pm so it is quiet possible for a CS to be on lunch at 2.20. Get your facts straight before you do your usual ranting. |
