Apparently the NINA posters are making a comeback due to the prejudice suffered by the Polish over here..........
ah yes , the famous posters . Apparently theres also a special coating applied to them that makes them impossible to photograph . Not that they have any cameras in poland mind.

Priceless.

Gillette has edited their "Champions" ad so that Henry is no longer handling the football. Good to know that they are finally making a stand for honesty and transparency!

Don't know how to cut and past the image, but the before and after is visible through the link.

Off The Post off the post Gillette does its best to disassociate itself from Thierry Henry’s handball

Have they decided what to do with Tiger 'my wife rescued me with the golf club she just happened to be carrying at 2.30AM" Woods yet?

Roy Keane must have a grin on his face tonight, the length of the M1.
Blatter is one scummy political operator and used this as a way of making us look like a laughing stock. Of course we presnted the opportunity on a platter.
When dealing with him the FAI should have brought in bertie.
They would speak the same language.

Not only was Ireland blatantly cheated in extra time (and consider for example all the fans who pay their money at the gates, and the effort from the players, it's a big deal for them) and that one of FIFA's favourites, a money-spinning superstar was involved... It looked very bad for them then...

They want it to just go away but the likes of Blatter is like a little emperor and possibly feels personally slighted by the incident and angry at any probity, like a little Caligula he lashes out at the perceived object of his displeasure, the pesky little country that accidentally was involved in showing up his organisation for the sack of corrupt bull ******************** that it is.
Very true.

The offical line will be that he scratched his face when for comparison purposes he tried out a Wilkinson Sword razor.

He then fled the house in shame before his wife and children saw the after affects.
His wife heard the car crash and grabbed one of the millions of old golf clubs that are always lying around the house, driveway, lawn etc.

Or maybe they can find some way to blame the FAI or just the Irish.
It might all be Padraig Harringtons fault and his evil way of becoming world no. 1 ?

in all honesty he didnt make us look a laughing stock , we managed that one ourselves . Regardless of who was head honcho at FIFA this would completely disgrace any country .

we'd only be more of a laughing stock reminding people this man was elected taoiseach repeatedly , on none other than Eoghan Harris personal recommendation too . Where do you go from there only to national humiliation in every field of endeavour ? We shouldnt be at all surprised things like this happen to us the way this entire country has been behaving and thinking .

And the FIFA request might even have been his idea for all we know . Chance your arm for a dig out might have been advice offered . His mate Bono certainly seemed to think it was good idea .
Clever people FIFA , countrys been through an awful time apparently .

Im of the opinion maybe the people of this country actually needed to see the world laughing at them . Mightnt have done any harm in that regard. If your going to be embarassed about something then the logical thing would be not to fecking do it in the first place . Seems thats a lesson lost on the FAI and a few others
