Everyone benefitted from the celtic tiger - income taxes were reduced massively across the board, welfare payments were increased massively across the board, state pensions were increased massively across the board, pay was increased massively across the board.
Sure profit also increased massively and wealth increased massively too - I'm not suggesting we ignore that fact . . . but let's not forget the other facts also.
