You were here when we were inundated with thousands and thousand of immigrants dropping their asylum claim at the same time as they produced a baby? It was most definitely a pull factor. However, this would not be an entitlement but a "favour" so it may be that it would not prove so, though don't rely on the rumor mill to get the nuances right.
