What would be the advantage to Kenny in this? He would be out-performed by Gilmore. He would also lose the alternative Taoiseach status.
FF and Greens would expose splits in the alternative government (whereas they would be on the same hymn sheet or else at all out war). A photo-op of Kenny beside Adams would scare some of the Blueshirt horses.
Dare I say it - Kenny should just be himself, lose the fake gravitas, the never ending sentences to establish authority and the I just had a make-over look and just act like a bloke who sees his role in government as chairman insetad of chief.
