my prediction:

mccaartan to run in Pem-Rath and build on the vote he got in Pembroke he got last time and Edie might get enough to hold onto second seat.

labour to get 2 seats for definite and they are quinn and lacey. not sure who will come out on top between these two but cllr wont mind because he is happy to serve the electorate as local gov rep as thats where his real interest lies!

greens to get one with meade

FF to get one with OCallaghan just beating donnelly as he has been around the constituency just a year ago and while donnelly will have a strong core he wont build on it enough to get ahead of big jim.Big jim will be ahead of tubridy as he has covered the whole constituency and has the rugby people on his side and donnelly/tubridy transfers will get him the first seat.

The sixth seat will be between fg's Edie and ff and i cant call it. If it is FF i cant call whether it will be donnelly or tubridy as donnelly has a solid 1400 votes from rathmines going into pembroke and tubridy has zilch. That said he has a good name and will get a good bit of publicity ( then so did michael McDowell)
